Ancol will Launch New Rides for This Year-End Holiday

PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol to provide new ride for this year-end holiday thus visitors can get a new experience in enjoying Ancol.

PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol President Director, Teuku Sahir Syahali conveyed, this new ride will become an evidence that Ancol is the largest integrated tourist destination in Jakarta.

 

Ancol Inaugurates Two Atlantis New Rides

"We hope Ancol can represent Indonesia in the eye of the world," he said, Tuesday (11/19).

According to him, his side has prepared several new rides that will entertain the visitors on year-end holiday. One of them is Symphony of The Sea, an area as wide as 22,500 square meters on the coastline with a sensational atmosphere that has never been enjoyed by Ancol visitors so far.

"On the location, we will build stage, plaza for gathering, live music, and sport facilities. We will launch the first and second phases in December, thus visitors can enjoy the a sensational and comfortable beach side vacation with complete features," he explained.

Besides, his side will launch the new sleigh ride at Dufan called Haunted Coaster, a biggest indoor coaster in Indonesia with track as long as 596 meters with height 15 meters on 5,500 square meters land.

This ride is divided into three sets with five cars for each sets. Each car has capacity of four people and can go at speeds of 64 kilometers per hour.

"In one time, this ride can accommodate up to 60 people with capacity of 1,000 people per hour," he stated.

Not only Dufan, another sleigh ride also launched at Ocean Dream Samudra Ancol. Visitors can enjoy to see the marine biota by riding a coaster as high as 8.5 meters. This ride is friendly to be used by family and children.

"This coaster ride has five car sets with capacity of 20 people. In this ride, visitors can get a tour to see the marine biota for three times within two minutes ride," he mentioned.
